The Technology Services Group of Four Gates, LLC provides a wide range of support services in the design, development and implementation of collaboration systems built on Microsoft and Lotus/IBM software infrastructures.  These include:

Group Collaboration Software Systems (Groupware).  As a Business Partner for both Microsoft and Lotus Development/IBM Four Gates has the experience and credibility to deliver collaborative software systems based on the industries leading groupware and collaboration systems. In addition to being able to deliver solutions based on Microsoft and Lotus Notes/Domino systems we have also are uniquely capable of designing and delivering solutions that integrate these collaboration systems so that companies are not tied to a single vendor.

Custom Solution Development.  Our Software Consultants use a methodology that we have developed over the last decade that addresses the nature of Rapid Application Development (RAD) techniques while constantly gathering and reinforcing the requirements of the end user population. The SAAM methodology (Systematic Accelerated Architecture Methodology) produces a fully user tested and documented software design specification. Four Gates' Software Consultants have the technical and project management expertise and experience to convert the specification into a fully operational software system.

Internet Marketing and Strategy.  We can provide a full range of business and technical services to support organizations of all sizes as they plan and implement an Internet Strategy. We can assist our clients in everything from the graphics and web site design and development to specific internet based marketing programs.
